Ingredients:
2 c heavy cream
4 eggwhites
1 tsp extract (vanilla)
2 Tbsps juice of lemon
3/4 c water
1/8 tsp salt
3 pints hulled strawberries
3/4 c sugar
3 envelopes of gelatin (unflavored)
Instructions:
Prepare the collar to be used for 1&1/2-qts souffle-dish. You tear 20-inch waxpaper strips then fold them lengthwise, creating 20×6-inch strips. You wrap these strips around dish, standing two inches over rim.
Puree berries in blender then pour a cup of puree into small-sized bowl then the rest into another bowl.
Mix sugar, salt & gelatin in saucepan then add some water. Have it cooked over low-heat ’til gelatin dissolves, stir often. Add 2 Tbsps gelatin-mixture into smaller bowl w/ puree.
Add rest of gelatin-mixture, vanilla, & juice of lemon. Have mixture refrigerated but stir it occasionally for 45 mins.
Beat eggwhites in bowl w/ mixer ’til stiff-peaks form. Beat the cream in another bowl at mid-speed ’til stiff-peaks form. Fold eggwhites into cream then into strawberry-mixture gently.
Spoon strawberry-mixtures alternately from different bowls onto souffle-dish. You cut mixture through w/ knife, creating marble-design. Refrigerate w/ cover ’til mousse sets.

Cheese-Stuffed French Toast With Strawberry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp water
1/4 c sugar
1 lemon (large)
Candied lemon-rind
1/3 honey
3 Tbsps fresh juice of lemon
4 c strawberry slices
Strawberry-sauce
Veggie cooking-spray
2 large eggs
4 eggwhites
1/2 tsp extract (vanilla)
1/3 c sugar
2 & 1/2 c milk (1%PRCTG%)
A tub of low fat creamcheese
1/4 c of sifted powder sugar
12 french-bread slices; cut diagonally
Instructions:
Cut slit in horizontal fashion through crust’s bottom of every bread slice forming pocket. You combine creamcheese & powder sugar, stirring well.
You spread this mixture into bread pockets evenly. Place about 6 slices of bread into 2 shallow, large bake dish then set this aside.
You combine eggs, eggwhites, extract, sugar & milk in bowl. Beating well w/ whisk. You pour milk-mixture into bread then cover & chill about 60 mins ’til liquid gets absorbed.
Have one large stick-free skillet sprayed w/ veggie spray then set over mid-heat ’til hot. You arrange one-half sliced bread into skillet then cook about 3 mins.
You turn over your bread then cook for additional 3 mins ’til browned then remove them from the skillet. Do the same w/ rest of bread. Serve w/ strawberry-sauce then garnish w/ candied lemon-rind.
Strawberry-sauce. You combine 4 c slices berries, honey & juice of lemon then cover & set it aside about 60 mins.
For candied-lemon rind: Carefully remove lemon-rind then cut them into 1/8″ thick strips then set them aside.
You combine water & 2 Tbsps sugar in 2-cup measure. set in microwave about 60 mins then add in lemon-rind. Set again on microwave for 2 more mins then stir every thirty seconds.
You add 2 Tbsps sugar then toss ingredients well to combine. You spread the rind onto waxpaper then stand it at room-temp ’til dry. Keep in tightly-covered container.

California Strawberry Log Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c thinly-sliced strawberries
Strawberries; chopped coarsely
2 c cold whipped cream
3/4 powder sugar plus 2 Tbsps
1/3 c sugar (granulated) plus 1 Tbsp
2 tsps extract (vanilla)
1/3 c water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking-soda
1/3 c cocoa (Hershey’s)
1/2 c flour (all-purpose)

3 separated eggs
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit. Line 15&1/2 x 10&1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan w/ foil. Grease the foil generously.
Have eggyolks beaten on high-speed of your mixture for 3 mins. Add gradually 1/2 c sugar then beat for 2 more mins. Stir salt, baking-soda, sugar, cocoa & flour.
Alternately add w/ 1 tsp vanilla into eggyolk mixture then beat it on low-speed ’til smoothened.
Separately beat eggwhites ’til foamy then add about 1 Tbsp sugar then beat ’til stiff-peaked.
Fold it into chocolate-mixture. You evenly spread your batter evenly onto greased pan. Bake for 15-18 mins ’til top springs-back once lightly touched.
Have it inverted on large towel that is sprinkled w/ 2 Tbsps sugar then carefully remove the foil. Roll the cake immediately from narrower end. Cool on wire-racks.
Beat whipped-cream, rest of sugar & 1 tsp vanilla w/ high-speed ’til stiff. You fold the strawberry slices into two cups of whipping-cream then set aside rest of cream.
You unroll the cake then spread w/ strawberry cream mixture, roll again. Frost w/ remaining cream then top w/ chopped berries as wanted. Have it refrigerated for 60 mins prior to serving.

Whipped-topping
Few food color drops
1 c water
1/4 c cornstarch
1 c sugar
1 qt washed strawberries

Add about 1/3 cup sugar gradually , stirring constantly. You add juice then fold eggyolk mixture onto eggwhites. Combine salt, cake-meal, & starch.

Filling: Combine berries & nondairy topping into bowl. Add kiwi.
You unroll sponge-cake then spread fruit & cream filling all over your cake. Carefully roll your cake then transfer into cookie tin w/ seam-side-down.

1 pack large sourcream
30 ounces strawberries (frozen); undrained
1 large can pineapples; crushed
3 bananas (large); mashed
2 c boiled water

2 pints hulled strawberries

4 c apple-juice
6 Tbsps flaked agar

Instructions:
Crust; You combine 4 tsps liqueur, cinnamon, butter, sugar & crumbs, mix very well then press into sides & bottom of greased 10-inch springform-pan. Chill.
Strawberry-layer: Puree together berries, 4 Tbsps liqueur & confectioners-sugar in blender then set atop double-boiler.
You add water & cornstarch. Stir often while cooking ’til thickened. Cool then set mixture aside.
For cheesecake: You cut creamcheese into pieces then process w/ 3 Tbsps liqueur, 1 & 1/2 tsps vanilla, 4 & 1/2 tsps flour, 1 & 1/2 c sourcream, 3/4 c sugar & 3 eggs, blending ’til smoothened.
Pour one-half mixture onto the crust. Scoop strawberry-layer over your cheesecake, cover well but shouldn’t be overlapping the crust.
You pour remaining batter all over strawberry-layer. Bake it on flat bake sheet for 70-75 mins at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit or ’til set. You put oven off then leave its door open for 60 mins.
Let cake remain in bake pan then cover w/ plastic-wrap then refrigerate it overnight. Remove it the next day then set it aside.

1/2 c cold water
1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin
3/4 c sugar
Instructions:

1 c strawberries; mashed

For the glaze: You blend cornstarch & sugar together in saucepan. Add berries & water. Stir often while cooking ’til mixture boils & thickens.

1/2 c safflour-oil
3/4 c flour
3/4 c cornmeal

A pound of liquid-fruit pectin
3 & 1/2 c sugar (granulated)
A pint ripened strawberries

3 tsps grated peel of orange
3 tsps orange-flower water
2 Tbsps honey

1 pack sure jell light fruit-pectin

Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare one 9″ pie pan.
For the crust: You combine salt, sugar & flour in bowl then add milk & oil, stirring ’til blended well. Evenly scatter mixture over pie pan then press it over sides & bottom.
For lemon-filling: Combine peel, 2 Tbsps flour & 1 c sugar in bowl. Whisk eggyolks, milk, butter & juice of lemon together ’til blended.

Instructions:
Grease one 9″ plate. You process brown-sugar & cookies in processor ’til blended & crushed finely. You add the butter & pulse ’til crumbs moistens.
You evenly press this mixture over sides & bottom part of your pie pan. Chill ’til firm.
For the chocolate-layer: Have cream heated in saucepan ’til heated through. You remove it from the heat then add choco chips.
Stand about 1-2 mins, stir ’til chocolate is melted & mixture blends well & thickens. You spread this over crust’s bottom. Refrigerate ’til chocolate sets.
For glaze & filling. You mix cornstarch & sugar in saucepan. Add juice, jam & water then add a cup of berries then mash them well in saucepan.
Gently boil them over mid-heat, constantly whisking. Have mixture boiled about 6-7 mins ’til syrupy & thick. Slightly cool once done.

24 spongecake ladyfingers
1 & 1/3 c yogurt (plain)

1/4 ounce gelatin (unflavored)
1/2 c mango-nectar
Instructions:
Charlotte: Have nectar placed in saucepan then sprinkle w/ gelatin. Stand for 10 mins. Set over low-heat then stir ’til gelatin is dissolved. You remove it from the heat.
Place 2 c mangoes into processor then puree. Transfer into bowl then add nectar-mixture, juice & sugar. Have bowl set over another bowl that has been filled w/ cold water.
Occasionally stir mango-mixture for 10 mins ’til cold. Fold yogurt in & 1/2 c mangoes. Allow to chill for 5 more mins, stir often. You arrange landyfingers enough to cover springform-pan’s bottom, trim as needed.
Cut rest of ladyfingers into half then stand them around pan’s sides w/ edges close & rounded side out. You spoon mango-mixture onto pan. You cover it w/ plastic then chill ’til set for about 5 hrs.
Sauce: You puree sugar & berries in your processor. Then release sides of the pan from the charlotte then serve w/ strawberry-sauce.

Have pastry shell baked following package instructions. Soften the gelatin w/ 1/2 c ice water. You combine 3/4 ice water, sugar & limeaid concentrate in saucepan.
Set over low-heat, stir often ’til concentrate will melts & sugar will dissolve. You add the gelatin then stir ’til dissolved. Have it chilled ’til syrupy.
Add strawberries & rind of lemon then fold cream in ’til blended well. Tint w/ few food color drops then chill ’til mounding once dropped slowly from spoon.

Chocolate Strawberry Whipped Cream Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c whipped cream
2/3 c hershey’s semisweet choco chips
1 c cold whipped cream
An envelope of gelatin (unflavored)
1/4 c hershey’s strawberry-syrup
1 fresh slices of strawberries
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking-powder
1/4 c european-style cooca
3/4 c flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp extract (vanilla)
1/3 c water

Instructions:
Preheat oven into 375 degrees F. Grease jelly-roll pan then line w/ greased waxpaper.
Place eggs in bowl then beat them at high-speed ’til cream-colored & thick for 5 mins. Add sugar gradually while beating. set at low-speed then add vanilla & water.

Beat cream in another bowl ’til stiff then fold strawberry-mixture in.

1/3 c hershey’s vanilla-milk chips
1/2 strawberry spread

1 bunch spinach; washed and drained
Instructions:
Toss together spinach, dili weeds, strawberries & seeds. Chill. Combine rest of salad-dressing then chill. You pour this all over your salad prior to serving.

All-American Strawberry Shortcake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c whipped cream
1/4 c shortening
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbsps baking-powder
2 c flour
1/4 tsp honey
4 Tbsps sugar
1/2 c sourcream
1/4 c butter
Orange rind; grated
4 Tbsps sugar
2 tsps juice of orange
3 pints strawberries (fresh)
Instructions:
Have cream whipped w/ sugar ’til soft-peaked. Combine juice, honey & berry slices. Stand mixture at room-temp about 60 mins.
You sift all of dry components together onto medium bowl then add rind. You then add shortening & butter then add into dry mixture, stirring well.
Mix lightly sourcream w/ fork forming soft-dough. You roll out dough into floured working surface into 3/4-inch thick. Slice it onto 4 four-inch wide circles.
Arrange them on bake sheet then bake for 20 minutes at four hundred degrees Fahrenheit ’til golden.
Split your cake into half while warm. Transfer into dessert platters then top w/ berried then cover w/ other cake half. Top w/ more berries w/ juice spread all over.
Garnish w/ cream & strawberries.

Old Fashioned Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups thick cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup half-and-half
1 large eggs
1 cup sugar
A pint of strawberries
Instructions:
Have berries hulled then cut large pieces into half. You place them in double-boiler then add about 1/2 c sugar. Have it heated about 10-15 mins, occasionally stirring ’til fruit softens.
Place fruit in blender then puree. Transfer this into bowl then cool inside your fridge. Add sugar, half-and-half, extract & egg. Blend them together in mid-speed ’til sugar dissolves & mixture smoothens.
Add cream slowly then blend it on low-speed about 30 secs. You transfer mixture into icecream freezer then freeze following manufacturer’s directions.
Add puree when icecream is half-frozen then continue to freeze.

Lite: Strawberry Apple Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients:
2/3 c buttermilk
3 Tbsps cold butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking-soda
1 tsp baking-powder
3 Tbsps sugar (granulated)
1 c flour (all-purpose)
2 Tbsps juice of lemon
2 c peeled apples; chopped
20 ounces unsweet frozen strawberries; thawed
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsps grated rind of lemon
3 Tbsps flour (all-purpose)
1/3 c sugar (granulated)
Instructions:
Combine cinnamon, rind of lemon, flour & sugar. Add juice of lemon, apples, & strawberries. You spread this mixture into 8″ square bake dish. Have it baked about 10 mins at 400 degrees F.
For the topping: Combine salt, baking-soda, baking-powder, sugar & flour then cut butter in ’til crumbly. Stir buttermilk in using fork ’til dough softens. You drop spoonfuls into fruit in six mounds.
You bake it for 35 to 40 mins ’til top turns golden & cooked.

Strawberry Coulis Recipe
Ingredients:
Liquor (strawberry)
1 tsp fresh juice of lemon
2 tsps fruit-sugar
A pint of fresh ripened strawberries
Instructions:
Place liquor, juice, sugar & fruit in blender then puree. You spoon mixture over your mould.

Ingredients:
Whole-wheat crackers
1 c drained & chopped strawberries; cut-up into pcs
1/2 c nuts; chopped
1/2 tsp grated rind of lemon
8 ounces softened creamcheese

Combine rind & creamcheese. Add berries & nuts. You spread mixture over crackers.

Ingredients:
Freshly whipped thick cream
Fresh slices of strawberries
French-vanilla icecream
Bisquick drop-biscuits
Instructions:
Prepare biscuits following package instructions then bake them as stated.
You cut warm biscuits into half then place bottom part into bowl. Have it covered w/ strawberries that have been marinated w/ 4 Tbsps sugar inside your fridge about two days.
You add 1-2 icecream scoops then you top it w/ biscuit layer. Top w/ more cream & strawberries as desired.

Banana-Strawberry Shake Recipe
Ingredients:
3 Tbsps instant non-fat powder milk
1 c of cubed ice
1/2 cup strawberries (whole)
1/2 of ripened banana
Few extract drops (vanilla)
1/2 cup skimmed milk
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in your blender then blend at high-speed ’til mixture turns slushy. Serve at once.
