Apple-Strawberry Whip Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsps tahini
2 pints hulled strawberries
1 tsp extract (vanilla)
4 c apple-juice
6 Tbsps flaked agar
Instructions:
Have agar placed in saucepan w/ juice. Heat ’til boiling then cook, frequently stirring over mid-heat about 10-15 mins. You add the vanilla then continue cooking about 60 secs.
Have all strawberries halved then set aside 6 whole ones. You place halved strawberries onto shallow-pan then you pour the warmed mixture all over.
You place your pan into freezer ’til set for half an hour.
You cut juice & strawberries into 2-inch squares. Then place two squares & tahini into blender then process ’til smoothened. You remove the mixture then transfer into bowl. You blend rest of squares ’til smoothened.
You whisk mixture well then scoop in serving-bowls. Have rest of strawberries slices then evenly divide amongst the bowls.
Have them refrigerated ’til set for 60 mins.
