Strawberry Mousse Recipe
Ingredients:
2 envelopes of gelatin (unflavored)
2 c whipped thick cream
1/2 c boiled water
1/2 c ice water
1/2 c wine (white)
3/4 c sugar
1 qt washed & hulled strawberries
Instructions:
Set aside berries to be used for garnishing.
You press rest of strawberries through sieve then add wine & sugar, stirring well then chill. Have gelatin softened in ice water. You then add boiled water, stirring to completely dissolve then cool.
You combine strawberry-mixture & gelatin, beating ’til bit thickened & fluffy. Fold whipped-cream then pour mixture into nonstick 2-qts mold.
Chill for 3 hrs prior to serving.

Strawberry Grand Marnier Cheesecake Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c sourcream
1 c softened creamcheese
1/3 c grand-marnier liqueur
1/4 c dark-brown sugar
1/4 c finely-chopped walnuts
1/2 c crushed strawberries
Instructions:
Reserve about 1 Tbsp walnuts & 1 Tbsp berries.
Combine rest of berries, liqueur & brown-sugar in bowl then set mixture aside. You blend sourcream & creamcheese ’til smoothened. You add berry mixture then blend well. You fold nuts in.
You mound reserved berries at center & ring w/ reserved nut. Chill w/ cover.

Strawberry Meringue Cups Recipe
Ingredients:
8 sprigs of mint
8 halved strawberries
2 eggwhites
1/2 c skimmed milk
1 topping-mix
1 pack of whipped orie
7 pack artificial sweetener
2 tsps extract (vanilla)
2 pints slices strawberries
Instructions:
Have berries marinated in extract and 4 packs of sweetener. Refrigerate about 30 mins. Prepare whipped-topping following package direction, substitute milk w/ water.
You beat eggwhites ’til soft-peaked. Add about 3 packs of sweetener. Beat continuously ’til stiff but shouldn’t be dry. Fold eggwhites into whipped-topping.
Garnish w/ mint & halved berries.

Strawberry Spread Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp coriander
1 Tbsp silvered peel of orange
6 packs of equal
1 c mashed strawberries
1/4 c juice of orange
1 tsp gelatin (unflavored)
Instructions:
Place juice in saucepan then sprinkle the gelatin all over. Stand about 60 secs . Set oer low-heat ’til gelatin dissolves and mixture boils.
You remove it from the heat then add into berries. You add rest of the ingredients, stirring to thoroughly blend. Have it refrigerated ’til firm about 3-4 hrs.

Strawberry Nut Drops Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c sugar (confectioners)
1/2 c walnuts; chopped
1/2 c mashed strawberries (sweet)
1/2 tsp baking-soda
1 tsp baking-powder
2 c flour (all-purpose)
1 egg
1 tsp extract (lemon)
1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
Instructions:
Set aside 2 Tbsps berries that have been crushed w/ juice then set this aside. You cream together extract, butter & sugar. Add egg then beat.
Combine baking-powder, baking-soda & flour. Alternately add into creamed-mixture w/ crushed berries. Add nuts then drop them by heaping tablespoonfuls into greased bake sheets, at least 2-inches apart.
You bake them for 12 to 14 mins at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the reserved strawberries w/ 3/4 sugar creating glaze thin enough to spread all over cookies

Strawberry Jam Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c strawberries; washed & hulled
2 c sugar
Instructions:
Arrange single layer strawberries in kettle & then top w/ sugar layer ’til ingredients have been all used up. Stand overnight ’til sugar is dissolved.
Heat ’til boiling for 10 mins. You pour mixture into bowl then stand ’til following day. Fill clean jelly cups then seal.

Strawberry Crisp Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c sliced strawberries
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c butter
1/4 c walnuts; chopped
1 c sugar (brown)
1 c flour (all-purpose)
1 c oatmeal (uncooked)
Instructions:
Mix brown-sugar, flour & oatmeal then add the nuts in. You blend butter in, cutting through ’til crumbly. Separately mix berries & white-sugar.
Grease one 8-inch bake pan then spread one-half mixed crumbs over its bottom. Have it covered w/ berries. You spread rest of mixture all over.
Have it baked for about 45 mins at three hundred degrees Fahrenheit. Best when served w/ topping.

Strawberry Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 c strawberries
1 Tbsp butter (firm)
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 small eggyolks
2 c milk
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c flour
1 pie shell (9-inch)
Instructions:
Bake pie-shell then cool.
You combine sugar & flour in thick saucepan. Add 1 c milk, stirring ’til smoothened. You add remaining milk then stir while cooking over direct-heat ’til thickened & boiling.
Add 1/2 c warm mixture onto well beaten eggyolks, stirring together. You pour mixture back into saucepan then cook about 2 mins.
You remove it from the heat then add butter & vanilla. You pour one-half mixture onto shell. Arrange strawberries then pour rest of your mixture over. Cool.

Yogurt-Topped Strawberry Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
Vanilla low-fat yogurt
8 ounces strawberry
1 c thinly-sliced strawberries
2 c buttermilk
1 & 1/2 c water
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsps sugar
1 pancake-mix
Instructions:
Have skillet heated into 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease it w/ oil. Combine water, cinnamon, sugar & pancake-mix in bowl, stirring ’til lumps have disappeared. You fold berries in.
You pour about 1/4 c batter for every pancake into heated skillet. Cook about 1-2 mins, turn onces edges are coked. Cook other side ’til golden-brown.
You spoon the yogurt into every serving then garnish w/ berries if you wish.

Strawberry Rice-Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 c strawberries; sliced
1/2 c whipped thick cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 well-beaten eggs
1/2 c sugar
3 c milk
1 c rice; uncooked
Instructions:
Combine milk & rice in double-boiler set over boiling-water. Cook about 60 mins ’til tender, stir often. You add sugar. Then you add some warm rice into well-beaten eggs.
Add the eggs into rest of rice-mixture. Add vanilla, mixing well while cooking mixture over hot-water about 60 secs. Cool.
You whip the cream then you fold berries in. Fold this mixture onto rice. Then chill ’til ready to serve.

Strawberry Coulis Recipe
Ingredients:
Liquor (strawberry)
1 tsp fresh juice of lemon
2 tsps fruit-sugar
A pint of fresh ripened strawberries
Instructions:
Place liquor, juice, sugar & fruit in blender then puree. You spoon mixture over your mould.
