Strawberry Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh spinach; trimmed
2 pints fresh strawberries
3 finely-chopped fresh shallots
1/2 c veggie oil
1/2 c vinegar (raspberry)
Water
Instructions:
Combine water, oil & vinegar for dressing. You add shallots & pepper. Arrange berry slices in spiral form on spinach then drizzle w/ dressing.

Strawberry Bavarian Recipe
Ingredients:
1 qt fresh strawberries
1 c heavy cream; whipped
1/2 c cold water
1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin
3/4 c sugar
Instructions:
Slice berries then mix w/ sugar then stand ’til sugar is dissolved. You sprinkle the gelatin all over ice water then stand about 5 mins.
Gently heat ’til gelatin is dissolved then add this into juice & berries then fold cream in. Pour mixture into mould. Chill ’til set. Unmold carefully & serve.

Low Cal Strawberry Chiffon Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
9 strawberries (fresh)
1 graham-cracker crust (9-inch)
2 Tbsps instant dried milk
Whipped topping
1 gram sugar substitute
20 ounces Kool aide unsweetened drink-mix
1 envelope of Knoxx gelatin (unflavored)
1 c water
Instructions:
Combine gelatin & water. Set about 5 mins. Heat ’til gelatin melts. You add sweetener & Kool aide mix into gelatin. Stir well then refrigerate ’til thickened slightly. Prepare topping. Refrigerate ’til needed.
You add milk into thick gelatin then whip it at high-speed ’til stiff & creamy. Fold topping gently into gelatin mixture. Evenly spread the filling into crust then garnish w/ strawberries.
Refrigerate ’til firm then cut it into eight even pieces.

Peachy-Strawberry Toast Topper Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsps gelatin (unflavored)
2 tsps liquid artificial-sweetener
1/4 c ice water
Tbsp juice of lemon
1/2 c ice water
1/2 c strawberries (fresh)
1 & 1/2 peaches (fresh)
Instructions:
Blanch peaches by having them lunged into boiled water about 60 secs then onto ice water. You remove the skins then cut them into smaller pieces.
Wash berries then remove their hulls. You cut them into smaller pieces. Have fruits placed in thick saucepan together w/ 1/2 c water & juice of lemon. Boil then gently simmer for 8 mins, stir often.
Add gelatin into 1/4 c ice water to soften. You remove fruit-mixture from the heat then add sweetener & gelatin.
You pour mixture into jars then refrigerate.

Yogurt Heart With Strawberry Coulis Recipe
Ingredients:
Strawberries (fresh)
1 recipe of strawberry-coulis
1 tsp extract (vanilla)
2 & 1/4 c yogurt (plain)
1/3 c sugar (granulated)
1 & 1/2 c skimmed milk
1/4 c ice water
1 envelope gelatin
Instructions:
Have 1 qt heart-shaped mold rinsed under cool water. Have gelatin soaked in 1/4 c ice water.
Combine sugar & milk together then heat in saucepan ’til sugar is dissolved. You remove it from the heat then add gelatin-mixture, stirring ’til gelatin has been dissolved.
Pour mixture onto large-sized bowl then cool about 5 mins. Add vanilla & yogurt. You pour this into mold then refrigerate about 2 hrs ’til set.
Place mold’s bottom in warmed water then turn out into serving platter. You pour coulis all around the mold then decorate w/ berries.

Mr. Food’s Strawberry Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
A pint of cleaned strawberries; hulled & sliced
8 ounces frozen whipped-topping; thawed
1 tsp extract (vanilla)
8 ounces of softened creamcheese
1 & 1/2 c confectioner’s sugar
1 c softened butter
2 c flour (all-purpose)
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Mix flour, 1/2 c sugar & butter in bowl ’til soft-dough forms.
You spread dough into greased 12″ pizza tin then bake for 20-25 mins ’til golden. Cool.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Heat, stirring oven then our over prepared crust.
