Laura’s Allergic Strawberry Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
8 ounces sourcream
8 ounces pineapples (crushed) w/ juice
1 banana; mashed
1 pack of strawberries (frozen)
3/4 c boiled water
1 pack of jello (strawberry)
Instructions:
Have jello dissolved in warm water then add sourcream, juice, banana & strawberries. You pour one-half of mixture into pyrex dish then place inside your fridge to set.
Put soucream layer over. Have cream covered w/ remaining jello mix. Chill overnight ’til firm.

Lover’s Salad With Strawberry Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps toasted silvered almonds
1/2 c cheese (feta)
1 carrot (medium); peeled & shredded
5 ounces baby-greens
A head of lettuce
1/2 pound asparagus
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper (black)
1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
2 Tablespoons oil (olive)
2 & 1/2 Tablespoons vinegar (balsamic)
5 ounces strawberries (frozen)
Instructions:
Puree berries in processor then add pepper, salt, mustard, oil & vinegar. Blend ’til smoothened. Refrigerate ’til serving time.
Salad: You break ends of asparagus then cut them diagonally into 2″ pcs. Boil water then add asparagus then cook for 2 to 3 mins, ’til tender then drain & rinse them in cold-water ’til chilled. You pat them dry.
Have greens & lettuce torn into bite-sized pcs. Transfer into bowl then cover w/ paper-towels then refrigerate. Combine almonds, feta, carrots, greens & asparagus prior to serving.
Toss w/ enough vinaigrette to cat your greens.

Livery Stable Strawberry Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 c pecans; chopped
4 beaten eggs
1 & 1/4 c oil
1 tsp baking-soda
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 c sugar
3 c flour (all-purpose) plus 2 Tbsps
Sugar
2 c unsweetened whole frozen strawberries
Instructions:
Have berries placed in bowl then lightly sprinkle them w/ sugar. Stand ’til thawed. Slice.
Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Grease & flour 2 loaf shaped pans (9×5-inch). Combine baking-soda, salt, cinnamon, sugar & flour in bowl then stir well.
You blend eggs & oil onto berries then add them into flour-mixture. Add pecans, blend ’til dry components moisten. Divide the batter equally between the pans.
Have loaves baked for 45-50 mins. Cool them in bake pans set on racks about 10 mins. Turn out loaves then completely cool.

Lemon-Strawberry Punch Recipe
Ingredients:
Lemons; sliced thinly
Oranges; sliced thinly
1 qt ginger-ale
1 qt carbonated-water
6 ounces frozen concentrated lemonade
1 pack sliced frozen strawberries; 1/2 thawed w/ juice
16 ounces frozen concentrated orange-juice; thawed
Instructions:
Combine lemonade, orange-juice & strawberries in punchbowl w/ ice. Add ale & carbonated-water when ready to serve. Garnish w/ lemon & orange slices.

Mini Pancakes With Strawberry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsps cornstarch
1 Tbsp sugar (granulated)
1/2 c water
A pinch of salt
1 pack of unsweetened strawberries (frozen)
1/2 c yogurt
1 tsp oil (canola)
A pinch of cinnamon
1 & 1/2 tsps baking-powder
1 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp vanilla
1 eggwhites
1 c skimmed milk
Instructions:
Have berries spread all over the bottom part of buttered 8-inch square bake pan. Sift sugar, baking-powder & flour together in bowl.
You add the egg then mix using for ’til crumbly. You spread this mixture over strawberries. Dot w/ butter then bake for 45 to 50 mins at three hundred seventy-five degrees. Serve it warm w/ cream.

Lite: Strawberry Apple Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients:
2/3 c buttermilk
3 Tbsps cold butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking-soda
1 tsp baking-powder
3 Tbsps sugar (granulated)
1 c flour (all-purpose)
2 Tbsps juice of lemon
2 c peeled apples; chopped
20 ounces unsweet frozen strawberries; thawed
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsps grated rind of lemon
3 Tbsps flour (all-purpose)
1/3 c sugar (granulated)
Instructions:
Combine cinnamon, rind of lemon, flour & sugar. Add juice of lemon, apples, & strawberries. You spread this mixture into 8″ square bake dish. Have it baked about 10 mins at 400 degrees F.
For the topping: Combine salt, baking-soda, baking-powder, sugar & flour then cut butter in ’til crumbly. Stir buttermilk in using fork ’til dough softens. You drop spoonfuls into fruit in six mounds.
You bake it for 35 to 40 mins ’til top turns golden & cooked.
