Marbled Strawberry Mousse Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c heavy cream
4 eggwhites
1 tsp extract (vanilla)
2 Tbsps juice of lemon
3/4 c water
1/8 tsp salt
3 pints hulled strawberries
3/4 c sugar
3 envelopes of gelatin (unflavored)
Instructions:
Prepare the collar to be used for 1&1/2-qts souffle-dish. You tear 20-inch waxpaper strips then fold them lengthwise, creating 20×6-inch strips. You wrap these strips around dish, standing two inches over rim.
Puree berries in blender then pour a cup of puree into small-sized bowl then the rest into another bowl.
Mix sugar, salt & gelatin in saucepan then add some water. Have it cooked over low-heat ’til gelatin dissolves, stir often. Add 2 Tbsps gelatin-mixture into smaller bowl w/ puree.
Add rest of gelatin-mixture, vanilla, & juice of lemon. Have mixture refrigerated but stir it occasionally for 45 mins.
Beat eggwhites in bowl w/ mixer ’til stiff-peaks form. Beat the cream in another bowl at mid-speed ’til stiff-peaks form. Fold eggwhites into cream then into strawberry-mixture gently.
Spoon strawberry-mixtures alternately from different bowls onto souffle-dish. You cut mixture through w/ knife, creating marble-design. Refrigerate w/ cover ’til mousse sets.

Ingredients:
3/4 c milk
3 tsps baking-powder
1 & 1/2 c of cake-flour
1 c sugar
4 large eggs; kept at room-temp
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit. You separate the eggs then place yolks into bowl then set eggwhites aside.

Ingredients:
Whipped-topping
Few food color drops
1 c water
1/4 c cornstarch
1 c sugar
1 qt washed strawberries
1 pet-ritz dish pie-crust
Instructions:
Prepare & heat the oven to four hundred degrees Fahrenheit. Have pie-crust baked following package instructions. Cool then chop 1 c strawberries.
You combine cornstarch & sugar in 2-qts saucepan. Gradually stir water in ’til smoothened then add strawberries. Stir often while cooking ’til thickened & boiling.
You remove mixture from the heat then add food color. Cool inside your fridge for 30 mins. You pour about 3/4 syrup onto pie pan.
Stand rest of your strawberries within pie-crust. reserve about 1/4 c to be used as garnish. You pour rest of syrup all over berries then chill ’til firm for 3 hrs.
Have every slice topped w/ whipped-topping & strawberry slice prior to serving.

Ingredients:
1 pack large sourcream
30 ounces strawberries (frozen); undrained
1 large can pineapples; crushed
3 bananas (large); mashed
2 c boiled water
1 pack of strawberry-jello
Instructions:
Combine 2 c boiled water & the jello then cool. You add strawberries, pineapples & bananas. You place one-half mixture onto 13×9x2-inch pan then chill for 30-45 mins.
Spread sourcream over top then add rest of jello-fruit mixture then chill. Slice onto squares once set.

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp maple-syrup
5 c sliced strawberries
1 & 3/4 c pitted dates
1/2 c almonds
1/2 c walnuts
Instructions:
Place nuts in processor then grind them finely. Set them aside. You place dates into processor then grind ’til paste-like. Add nuts gradually then blend ’til mixture is formed into ball.
You press mixture at bottom part of greased 8-inch pie plate. Refrigerate ’til ready for filling.

1 nine-inch shortbread pastry shell

1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 c veggie oil

Ingredients:
1/2 c halved pecans
2/3 c sliced strawberries
2/3 c milk
1/2 c shortening
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp baking-powder
2 c sifted flour
Instructions:
Sift together salt & baking-powder. Cut shortening in w/ pastry-blender ’til mixture turns into coarse-meal. Add pecans, berries & milk, stir ’til soft-dough forms.
Gently knead in floured surface about 30 secs then roll dough into half-inch thick then cut it into twelve biscuits.
Place them on bake sheet then bake for about 15 mins at 425 degrees F. Best when serve w/ butter & milk.

Apple Strawberry Jelly Recipe
Ingredients:
A pound of liquid-fruit pectin
3 & 1/2 c sugar (granulated)
A pint ripened strawberries
1 & 1/2 c unsweetened apple-juice
Instructions:
Pour juice onto large-sized saucepan. Crush thoroughly berries w/ masher. You measure about 1/2 c berries then add into juice then add the sugar.
Set pan on top of high-heat then boil. Stir often then add pectin in. Boil rapidly about 1 min, continuously stirring. You remove mixture from the heat. You skim foam off w/ metal-spoon then quickly pour into warm clean jars, leave half-inch space.
Cover w/ melted paraffin-wax then cover w/ lids. Store in dark, cool & dry area.

Cheese Tart With Strawberry-Orange Compote Recipe
Ingredients:
3 tsps grated peel of orange
3 tsps orange-flower water
2 Tbsps honey
A pint of hulled & halved strawberries
1/4 c honey plus 2 Tbsps
4 large oranges
1 c whipped cream
4 eggs (large)
1/2 c sugar
8 ounces creamcheese
15 ounces whole milk ricotta-cheese
1 pate-sucree dough
Instructions:
For the tart: have rack positioned in the lowest 3rd layer in your oven then preheat it to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.
Roll dough out into floured working surface into a 14″ diametered round. You roll it up w/ rolling-pin then transfer into 9″ diametered tart-pan w/ bottom that is removable and has 2″ sides.
You press the dough gently then patch it as necessary. Have creamcheese & ricotta pureed.
Add honey & sugar. Gradually beat in eggs then blend every after addition. Then add the orange-flower water & cream then blend. You pour mixture onto crust.
Bake the tart about 60 mins ’til filling turns golden & edges crack. Cool completely.
For the compote: With sharp-edged knigfe you cut the peel & white-pith from your oranges. Cut them between their membranes for segments to be released then add these segments into bowl.
You add orange-flower water, honey, sugar & strawberries, mixing well to thoroughly blend. Stand for 5 mins then serve w/ tart.

1 cup sweetened whipped-cream
3 peeled oranges; divided onto segments

Ingredients:
1/2 c seedless strawberry-jam; melted
A pint of preserved strawberries
3 separated eggs (large)
1 c whole milk plus 3 Tbsps

2 tsps grated peel of lemon
1 & 1/2 c all-purpose flour plus 2 Tbsps
1 c granulated sugar plus 2 Tbsps
1/3 c veggie oil
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare one 9″ pie pan.
For the crust: You combine salt, sugar & flour in bowl then add milk & oil, stirring ’til blended well. Evenly scatter mixture over pie pan then press it over sides & bottom.
For lemon-filling: Combine peel, 2 Tbsps flour & 1 c sugar in bowl. Whisk eggyolks, milk, butter & juice of lemon together ’til blended.
Separately beat eggwhites in bowl w/ your mixer ’til stiff-peaked. Gently stir this into lemon-mixture. You pour batter into prepared crust.
Have it baked for 35-40 mins ’til cake test is completed & top turns golden. Completely cool on racks then refrigerate w/ cover.
Arrange berry slices on pie starting from outer area, leaving 2 & 1/2-inch circle, leave center empty.
Have circle filled w/ reserved berries that are whole. You brush the berry slices w/ jam. Have it refrigerated ’til ready to serve.

Ingredients:
2 pints hulled strawberries
2 Tbsps juice of lemon
1/4 c strawberry flavored jam
1/2 c water
3 Tbsps cornstarch
1 c of semi-sweet choco chips
1/2 c thick whipped cream
3 Tbsps melted butter
2 Tbsps packed sugar (brown)
21 pcs of short-bread cookies
Instructions:
Grease one 9″ plate. You process brown-sugar & cookies in processor ’til blended & crushed finely. You add the butter & pulse ’til crumbs moistens.
You evenly press this mixture over sides & bottom part of your pie pan. Chill ’til firm.
For the chocolate-layer: Have cream heated in saucepan ’til heated through. You remove it from the heat then add choco chips.
Stand about 1-2 mins, stir ’til chocolate is melted & mixture blends well & thickens. You spread this over crust’s bottom. Refrigerate ’til chocolate sets.
For glaze & filling. You mix cornstarch & sugar in saucepan. Add juice, jam & water then add a cup of berries then mash them well in saucepan.
Gently boil them over mid-heat, constantly whisking. Have mixture boiled about 6-7 mins ’til syrupy & thick. Slightly cool once done.
Have rest of berries drained w/ hulled-side-down on paper-towels then pat them dry. You pour 1/3 glaze evenly over choco layer, spreading w/ pastry-brush.
Top w/ berries w/ pointed edge up. You pour rest of glaze then coat berries w/ brush. Have it refrigerated for 60 mins ’til set.

Ingredients:
30 whole strawberries (fresh)
1/4 c ice water
1 envelope gelatin (unflavored)
1 tsp pell of lemon
1/4 c sugar
1 & 1/2 c crushed strawberries (fresh)
3/4 c walnuts; chopped
1 tsp baking-powder
12 soda-crackers; crushed
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp mace
3 eggwhites
1 c sugar
Instructions:
Meringue Cracker-Crust: You beat eggwhites ’til stiff. You combine mace & sugar. Gradually add mixture into eggwhites, beat after every addition then ad vanilla.
You combine crackers that have been crushed w/ nuts & baking-powder. Fold mixture into eggwhite then spoon onto greased 10-inch pie pan.
Push mixture lightly. Have it baked for half an hour at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Cool.
Strawberry-filling: You combine peel, sugar & crushed berries. Add gelatin into ice water to soften. Heat mixture to dissolve gelatin. You then add this into crushed berry-mixture. Chill ’til thickened.
You spread one-half of mixture all over crust’s bottom. You add whole strawberries w/ stem-side-down then close them together filling the pie. Spoon rest of crushed berry-mixture into whole strawberries.
Chill ’til firm then serve w/ cream as desired.

1 qt strawberries
3 ounces strawberry-flavored gelatin
3 Tbsps juice of lemon
1 Tbsp cornstarch

Have strawberries cleaned & hulled. Combine cornstarch & sugar in saucepan then add juice & water. Heat over high-fire ’til boiling then reduce the heat.
Stir while cooking ’til bit thickened & clear about 4-5 mins. You add the gelatin then stir ’til dissolved. Cool then add berries. Turn onto prepared shell then chill about 4-6 hrs ’til set.

Ingredients:
A dash food color (green)
1 c whipped cream
1 c strawberries; diced
1 tsp grated rind of lemon
1/3 c sugar
6 ounces canned frozen concentrated limeaid
2 envelopes gelatin (unflavored)
1 pastry shell (9-inch)
Instructions:
Have pastry shell baked following package instructions. Soften the gelatin w/ 1/2 c ice water. You combine 3/4 ice water, sugar & limeaid concentrate in saucepan.
Set over low-heat, stir often ’til concentrate will melts & sugar will dissolve. You add the gelatin then stir ’til dissolved. Have it chilled ’til syrupy.
Add strawberries & rind of lemon then fold cream in ’til blended well. Tint w/ few food color drops then chill ’til mounding once dropped slowly from spoon.
Transfer into pastry shell then chill for 2 to 3 hrs ’til firm. Top w/ more berry slices.

Ingredients:
12 strawberries (whole)
12 dessert-crepes
1/2 c whipped thick cream
14 ounces of sweetened milk (condensed)
2 Tbsps sugar
4 c fresh strawberry slices

Sprinkle berry slices w/ sugar then set them aside. You beat juice & milk ’til thickened. You fold berries in then add cream. You divide mixture evenly between crepes the fold.

18 ounces strawberry (Smuckers)
1 Tbsp brandy
1/2 tsp salt
1 c finely-chopped pecans
1/2 tsp baking-powder

3 c flour

Instructions:
Combine flavoring, eggs, butter & sugar in mixing bowl then beat ’til fluffy & light. Remove mixer then manually add nuts & dry components.

1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin

Instructions:
Have strawberries slices then combine w/ sugar. Stand ’til sugar will dissolve. You sprinkle the gelatin into ice water. Stand about 5 mins.
Gently heat ’til gelatin w/ completely dissolve. Add juice & gelatin into strawberry slices. You fold whipping cream in. You pour mixture into 1-qt mold then chill ’til set.
Unmold then serve.

Ingredients:

Food color (red)
1/2 c water

Mash a pint strawberries w/ fork then set them aside. You combine cornstarch & sugar in 3-qt saucepan. Add water & mashed-berries.
Set over mid-heat then stir often while cooking ’til mixture boils. Cook for 2 more mins. You remove it from heat then add food color. Cool at room-temp then fold remaining berries in.
Turn mixture into baked pastry shell. Have it chilled about 2 hrs. Top w/ softened whipping cream.

7-Up Lemon Cheesecake With Strawberry Glaze Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c melted strawberry-flavored jelly
Strawberries (whole)
3/4 c water
1 small-sized lemon-pudding w/ pie-filling
2 beaten eggs
1 & 1/2 c 7-up
6 Tbsps sugar
1 pack gelatin; unflavored
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c powder sugar
1/2 c melted butter
2 c graham-cracker crumbs
Instructions:
Crust: You combine crumbs, sugar & butter. Mix well then press mixture into sides & bottom of greased 9-inch springform bake pan then chill.
Have gelatin softened in 1/4 c 7-up about 4 mins. Combine water, eggs, sugar & filling in saucepan. Mix well. You add 1 & 1/4 c 7-up then heat ’til boiling over mid-heat, stir often then remove pan from the heat.
You add gelatin then cool about 3 mins. You add about 1/2 c of this mixture into creamcheese then mash. You add remaining 7 up mix then stir ’til blended well.
Pour into prepared crust then chill about 8 hrs. You then remove it from the pan then add the topping.
For topping: You brush the top part of cheesecake w/ jelly that had been melted. You arrange berries upright above cake then spoon extra jelly on top.
