Strawberry Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh spinach; trimmed
2 pints fresh strawberries
3 finely-chopped fresh shallots
1/2 c veggie oil
1/2 c vinegar (raspberry)
Water
Instructions:
Combine water, oil & vinegar for dressing. You add shallots & pepper. Arrange berry slices in spiral form on spinach then drizzle w/ dressing.

Strawberry Jello Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pack large sourcream
30 ounces strawberries (frozen); undrained
1 large can pineapples; crushed
3 bananas (large); mashed
2 c boiled water
1 pack of strawberry-jello
Instructions:
Combine 2 c boiled water & the jello then cool. You add strawberries, pineapples & bananas. You place one-half mixture onto 13×9x2-inch pan then chill for 30-45 mins.
Spread sourcream over top then add rest of jello-fruit mixture then chill. Slice onto squares once set.

Laura’s Allergic Strawberry Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
8 ounces sourcream
8 ounces pineapples (crushed) w/ juice
1 banana; mashed
1 pack of strawberries (frozen)
3/4 c boiled water
1 pack of jello (strawberry)
Instructions:
Have jello dissolved in warm water then add sourcream, juice, banana & strawberries. You pour one-half of mixture into pyrex dish then place inside your fridge to set.
Put soucream layer over. Have cream covered w/ remaining jello mix. Chill overnight ’til firm.

Lover’s Salad With Strawberry Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps toasted silvered almonds
1/2 c cheese (feta)
1 carrot (medium); peeled & shredded
5 ounces baby-greens
A head of lettuce
1/2 pound asparagus
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper (black)
1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
2 Tablespoons oil (olive)
2 & 1/2 Tablespoons vinegar (balsamic)
5 ounces strawberries (frozen)
Instructions:
Puree berries in processor then add pepper, salt, mustard, oil & vinegar. Blend ’til smoothened. Refrigerate ’til serving time.
Salad: You break ends of asparagus then cut them diagonally into 2″ pcs. Boil water then add asparagus then cook for 2 to 3 mins, ’til tender then drain & rinse them in cold-water ’til chilled. You pat them dry.
Have greens & lettuce torn into bite-sized pcs. Transfer into bowl then cover w/ paper-towels then refrigerate. Combine almonds, feta, carrots, greens & asparagus prior to serving.
Toss w/ enough vinaigrette to cat your greens.

Anne’s Strawberry Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp dried mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp powdered onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp powdered garlic
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c oil
1 Tbs toasted sesame seed
A pint strawberries; cleaned & cut
Dili weeds
1 bunch spinach; washed and drained
Instructions:
Toss together spinach, dili weeds, strawberries & seeds. Chill. Combine rest of salad-dressing then chill. You pour this all over your salad prior to serving.
