Microwave Strawberry Jam Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 tsp butter
3/4 c sugar
2 tsps juice of lemon
1 c of strawberries; crushed

Instructions:

Combine butter, sugar, juice & berries in 8-cups microwaveable measuring-cup. Place in microwave set at high for about 4 mins. Stir then microwave it at same heat for another 4 mins.

Pour mixture into container, cover then cool & refrigerate.
